a) Provided by you: name, email, phone (optional), billing details (via payment processors), business name, social handles, timezone, responses to application or quiz forms, content you upload in communities (images, text), customer service messages, and any other info you submit.
b) Automatically collected: IP address, device/browser details, pages visited, cookies, analytics, pixel events (Meta pixel), performance data.
c) Payment info: we do not store full payment card numbers. Payment processors collect and store your card data under their policies.
d) Special categories: we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. If you supply it (e.g., health info in a coaching context) you consent to our use for the purpose provided; otherwise, don’t submit it.

3. How we use your data (purposes & legal bases)
We use data to:

- provide and manage Services (contract performance);

- process payments and send invoices (contractual necessity);

Integration & automation: Zapier, Make;

Product platforms, video hosting & course delivery: Teachable/MemberVault/Notion/other platforms as in product descriptions;

Professional advisors: accountants, legal advisors (where needed).

All providers act as data processors bound by contract and may transfer data internationally (see below).

6. International transfers
We may transfer data to countries without equivalent data laws (e.g. US). Where required, we use standard contractual clauses or other safeguards. By using our Services you consent to international transfers.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information (encryption, access controls). No system is 100% secure — absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide Services and comply with law. Typical retention: transactional records 7 years for tax purposes; marketing lists until unsubscribed; community content until you request removal (subject to backups and legal obligations).
